WARRANTY & SERVICE POLICIES
Aquagem warrants to the original purchaser that the products covered by this limited warranty statement conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) year from the date of original installation. For warranty service, you will need to provide proof such as ,but not limited to , date of original purchase, installation bill, service bill , images of installation and defect, serial number etc.
The brands /models covered under Aquagem’s warranty include: Gemstar VS; Gemflow VS;
SPARE PARTS POLICY
1. Unless special promotion or discount offered, Aquagem offers for each full container order 1% of Free-of-Charge spare parts.
2. Under warranty terms, in case of parts shortage for manufacturer defect service, Aquagem shall provide FOC parts.
Original purchaser will be responsible for shipping cost.
3. Spare parts(or product) exchanges are only available for parts (or products) that you received in a manufacturer related defective or damaged condition or when a different part (or product) than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
4. Shipping and handling is non-refundable on parts ( or products) exchanges unless you received a damaged product or the wrong product was sent to you, in which case we will also pay the return shipping cost.
5. Exchange of parts (or products) to Aquagem requires prior approval by email to email@example.com
6. If you are returning a part or a product to Aquagem, please send your requires prior approval by email
To firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the reason for the return.
Packing and Sending Your Return:
6.1. Pack the items in its original packaging and send along a copy of the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box.
Your order number or invoice number MUST be included with the return.

6.3 We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received.
REPLACEMENTS UNDER WARRANTY
If you believe your Aquagem product to be defective during the warranty period, please contact Customer Support by phone at (20) 3781 4527 or by email at email@example.com for warranty replacement or return authorization.
An Aquagem representative will communicate with you to determine whether to authorize warranty replacement.
If authorized, Aquagem will exchange the product without charge. Aquagem will ship a replacement product to you, freight prepaid or to send in next shipment to you . You are responsible for securely packing the defective product and returning it to Aquagem within ten (10) working days of receipt of the replacement if requested by Aquagem. Aquagem requires a debit or credit card number to secure the cost of the replacement product in the event that you fail to return the defective one. You are responsible for sending an annual quality report to Aquagem using report tables provided by Aquagem by end of June each year listing all manufacture defective cases and its solution.
The item replaced becomes the property of Aquagem. The replacement product may be new or refurbished to the Aquagem standard of quality, and, at Aquagem’s option, may be another model of like kind and quality. Aquagem’s liability for replacement of the covered product will not exceed the product’s original retail price. Exchanged products assume the remaining warranty period of your original product covered by this warranty.
This warranty covers only normal use. This warranty is not transferable. Aquagem is not responsible for warranty replacement should the Aquagem label or logo be removed or should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, or service other than by Aquagem.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY, THEN ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD IDENTIFIED ABOVE. UNLESS STATED HEREIN, ANY STATEMENT OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSONS OR FIRM ARE VOID. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, AQUAGEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCONVENIENCE, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE AQUAGEM PRODUCT, WHETHER RESULTING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
